Terms of delivery

An order or contact request will be processed within 1-3 working days.

Delivery time is usually 1-4 working days.

Freight charges are automatically added to the order in the online shop. A freight charge will be charged to the customer for all orders.

We prefer home delivery for shipments. Products delivered as a parcel will be sent to the nearest post office. The order can be picked up within approximately 1-4 days. The shipment will be held at the post office for up to 7 days. We also deliver products to Posti Parcel Lockers. The order can be picked up within approximately 1-4 working days. The parcel will be kept in the locker for 7 days from the date of arrival. The arrival notification, and the Parcel Locker code, will be sent by SMS.

The customer’s identity will be checked at the time of delivery. If the product is picked up by someone other than the customer who ordered the product, the person picking up the product must have a power of attorney (written permission for someone other than the recipient to pick up).

Products are delivered to Finland, Åland, the EU and non-EU countries with country-specific freight and customs clearance charges.

Terms of payment


We offer the Klarna Checkout service, where you can choose an invoice, installment, card or direct payment as payment methods.

By providing information at the checkout, you accept Klarna’s terms and conditions. By ordering from our store, you accept Uurnia Oy’s terms and conditions.

Klarna Checkout displays certain information immediately after login. The information you provide for identification varies depending on the purchase and the customer. The credit check is never done directly in Klarna Checkout, but as needed depending on the payment method.

Once the identification is done, Klarna Checkout shows which payment methods are available. We prefer card payment, but of course you are free to choose another method, such as an invoice or payment in installments. The options offered to you may vary from time to time. If you wish, you can protect the use of Klarna Checkout with a PIN code.

Card payment

You can securely complete your purchase through Klarna Checkout regardless of whether you pay with a credit card, online bank, installment payment or invoice.


Klarna sends a link to the invoice from the purchase in a separate email message. Paying with a Klarna invoice is safe and easy.

The invoice must be paid within 30 days from the date of the invoice. If the payment is not made, an additional 5 euros will be charged for the payment reminder and late payment interest according to the Finnish Interest Act. At the time of payment, a credit check is performed, and credit information may be requested. You will then receive a copy of the credit information by post. Personal data is processed in accordance with current legislation.

When the payment method is an invoice, Klarna performs the usual credit check in connection with the order. If Klarna does not accept your credit application, you will not receive credit, and you will be prompted to choose another payment method. Klarna uses personal data for customer analysis, person identification, credit checks and marketing. When contacting Klarna, the personal identification number is used as the customer number.

The product has a 14-day return policy, during which time Klarna will return your payment.
